8-week Mindful Self-Compassion Course (MSC)

Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) is an empirically-supported 8-week program designed to cultivate the skill of self-compassion, co-developed by Dr. Christopher Germer, a senior advisor of the CHA Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. MSC combines the skills of mindfulness and self-compassion to enhance our capacity for emotional well-being.
